About Live Ranch Life
Live Ranch Life is an independent local guide to Lakewood Ranch, Florida, for people thinking about moving here and for the people who already call it home.
Who writes it
Live Ranch Life is run by Michael Elliott, a Lakewood Ranch resident. Michael started the site because newcomers kept asking the same questions: what CDD fees are, which village fits them, and who to call when the pool turns green.
How the site makes money
Each local service category has one featured partner. When you ask for a quote, your request goes to that partner, and the partner pays Live Ranch Life for the referral. Partners never pay for what our guides say. Read the full editorial policy.
Not affiliated
Live Ranch Life is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Lakewood Ranch Communities, Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, Inc. or the Lakewood Ranch Inter-District Authority.
